Change things. Mix things up.

What is it that you do that makes you happy? Can you do more of that?
What is it that you do that makes you unhappy? Can you do less of that?
What is it that happens around you that makes you happy? Can you do more of that?
What is it that happens around you that makes you unhappy? Can you do more of that?
 
Change doesn’t need to be drastic. Change can be incremental. Change can be small adjustments to balances, levels, time spent.
 
You can control a lot (not all) of what happens to you, from you, around you. Choose changes that help you, not hold you back.
